The New York/New Jersey Healing Justice Program works with individuals, communities, and systems to heal from the harms of the carceral state and shift paradigms from ones of punishment and retribution to ones of healing and restoration. The Program Director will be responsible to support programmatic efforts that align with AFSC and community perspectives on healing justice; provide logistical and content support for annual Liberation Summer Youth Camp and Liberation Academy and participate in AFSC national and global strategic efforts toward systems change. The Program Director is also responsible for supervision of program staff, participation in fundraising activities, and development and oversight of program budget and finances.
